Billigtraening.dk is the value pole inside Maxis ApS. Same internal stack as Maxis.dk, different brand positioning, different audience.

The point of running them in parallel is that the operating system stays the same. The output shifts.

What I did

    Position Billigtraening for the value buyer. Discount-first, fast checkout, no clutter.

    Share the back-end with Maxis.dk. One catalogue, one tracking layer, two storefronts.

    Lean SEO and Google Ads. Categories that convert, search terms that match price-sensitive intent.
  4. 4
    Lifecycle email tuned to value. Welcome, abandonment, post-purchase, win-back. No fluff.

What I took with me

Two brands, one stack.

The overhead is in parallel systems, not parallel brands.

Value positioning is craft.

Being cheap is not enough. The buyer needs to trust the cheap.

Operating model carries.

When one engine serves two brands, every improvement compounds twice.
