What I did

    Run client engagements end-to-end. Strategy, execution, reporting, sitting in the seat.

    Build operating systems, not campaigns. The repeatable weekly rhythm beats the clever one-off.

    Stay close to the P&L. Marketing decisions tied to net contribution, not vanity metrics.

    Use AI to scale the small parts. Tooling, reporting, content drafts. Humans on the decisions.

What I took with me

Stay small on purpose.

Volume kills craft. A small team that runs the operating system beats a big one running campaigns.

Sit in the seat.

Consultants advise, partners decide. The partners are the ones who keep the lights on.

Boring numbers, honest weeks.

The dashboard you can defend on a Monday is the dashboard worth running.
