Cost per mille
Cost per mille, abbreviated CPM, is the price for a thousand impressions of an ad. The metric is used to compare how expensive it is to reach an audience across campaigns and platforms.
A rising CPM during peak season prompts the team to schedule part of the campaign earlier in the year, when impressions are cheaper.
