Keynote speaker
Concrete talks on using generative AI for content, tracking and profitability, given by someone who runs e-commerce day to day.
My main topic is generative AI in practice. How to use it to create content, to keep tracking and data in order, and to shift focus from revenue alone to profitability. It is not a future-gazing talk about what the technology might do in a few years, but a walkthrough of what actually works now, and where it still falls short.
Around that sits Profit Engineering and profit-driven e-commerce, that is, seeing marketing and business as a whole and judging initiatives by what they mean for the bottom line. I speak from day-to-day life as CEO of two Danish webshops, so the examples are concrete rather than theoretical, and I am honest about what does not pay off.
One recurring example is the work of getting cited in AI answers. A solid foundation with clear structure, content and technique makes a brand easier for the AI assistants to find and cite. That is the kind of thing I like to unpack on stage, both how it connects to search and AI answers, and what you can do yourself.
I have spoken at eTail Nordic twice and at Savant eCommerce, in both cases about generative AI for content, tracking and profitability. I have also been an external lecturer and guest lecturer at Copenhagen Business School twice, where the format is closer to teaching than to a classic keynote.
I adapt the talk to the setting rather than reusing the same deck every time. In practice it is usually one of these forms:
I speak in both English and Danish and am used to a Nordic audience. I am happy to travel and open to events outside Denmark. If you are unsure whether a topic or a format fits, get in touch and we will look at it together.
