One consultant, not an agency

When you hire a freelance omnichannel consultant, you work with one person who sees the whole picture, instead of an agency where every channel has its own team and its own agenda. I hold the overview myself, know the history behind every recommendation and answer for the choices that get made.

I work through Profit Studio, which in practice is me. The approach builds on Profit Engineering, where the channels are seen as parts of a whole rather than isolated silos.

What I solve

Most companies already have several channels running, just uncoordinated. What I typically solve:

  • Connection between channels. Data from Google Ads sharpens the SEO work, and in return organic visibility lowers the price of the ads.
  • One measurement, one overview. So it is clear what genuinely contributes to the bottom line, and what merely looks good in its own dashboard.
  • Prioritising across channels. Which channel gets the attention first when resources are limited.

If you want to go deeper into the method itself, I have gathered it in my omnichannel playbook.

Organic visibility is one of several channels that need to work together, not stand alone.

How I work

I usually begin with the measurement. If you cannot see how the channels affect each other, it is hard to coordinate them meaningfully. From there it is less about doing more and more about getting what already runs to play better together.

Who I help

It fits best for companies that already have more than one channel running but lack a view of the whole. That can be an owner who is missing the overview, or a marketing manager who needs an independent assessment of whether the channels genuinely support each other.

I am based in Copenhagen and gladly take on work in Denmark, but coordinating across channels knows no borders. International clients across the Nordics and the rest of the world are just as welcome.

Background and experience

I have worked with digital marketing for over ten years across more than twenty brands. Day to day I am CEO of the Danish webshops Maxis.dk and Billigtraening.dk, where I coordinate the channels every day, not only in theory.

I have spoken at eTail Nordic and Savant eCommerce on using GenAI for content, tracking and profitability, and I have taught as a guest lecturer at Copenhagen Business School. You can see more examples in my cases.

FAQ

Freelance omnichannel consultant, in brief

What does an omnichannel consultant do?
An omnichannel consultant coordinates your marketing channels so they reinforce each other instead of operating as separate silos. In practice that means getting SEO, Google Ads, paid social, email and branding to share data and pull in the same direction.
Is it not easier to just hire a specialist per channel?
That is often what companies end up doing, and it is not wrong in itself. The problem is that specialists rarely talk to each other on their own, and that nobody owns the whole. An omnichannel consultant complements the specialists by watching whether a gain in one place costs money somewhere else.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes. I am based in Copenhagen, but coordinating across channels works fine across borders, and I gladly take on projects across the Nordics and the rest of the world.
