Brand loyalty

Brand loyalty is a customer's tendency to choose the same brand repeatedly over competing alternatives. The loyalty can stem from satisfaction, habit, or an emotional attachment to the brand. Loyal customers are often less price sensitive and more likely to recommend the brand further.

An online store can build brand loyalty by consistently delivering quickly and resolving problems smoothly, so customers do not bother looking for alternatives.
