Paid advertising

CTR

CTR (Click Through Rate) is the share of impressions that result in a click, expressed as a percentage. The metric indicates how relevant and appealing an ad is to the target audience. A high CTR often improves ad quality and can lower the cost per click.

A search ad with 10,000 impressions and 300 clicks has a CTR of 3 percent, which can be compared against the channel's benchmark.
