Impression share

Impression share is the proportion of the impressions an ad actually received out of the total number it was eligible for. The metric shows how much of the available market the campaign covers. Lost impression share is typically split into loss due to budget and loss due to ad rank or placement.

An impression share of 60 percent with 30 percent lost to budget signals that a higher budget would drive more visibility.
