An in-market audience is a group of users the platform judges to be actively considering a purchase within a particular product or service category. The assessment is based on recent search and browsing behavior that signals purchase intent. The audience is used to reach users closer to a purchase than broad interest segments.

A car dealer targets an in-market audience of people currently researching a car purchase with ads for the newest models.
