Paid advertising

Retargeting

Retargeting, also called remarketing, is advertising aimed at users who have previously interacted with a website, an app, or a customer list. The purpose is to bring known but not yet converted users back through relevant messaging. The method is typically built on cookies, pixel data, or uploaded customer lists.

A user who added items to the cart without buying will later see a retargeting ad featuring those exact products, possibly with a free shipping offer.
