Selling points

Selling points are the concrete reasons and benefits a company uses to convince a potential customer to buy, for example price, quality, speed, or unique features. They differ from a USP (unique selling proposition) in that there can be several of them and they can vary by situation, while the USP is the single most differentiating argument.

Free shipping, fast delivery, and 30-day returns are common selling points for an online store.
