TTFB

TTFB (Time To First Byte) is the time from when the browser sends a request until it receives the first byte from the server. It is a key measure of both server speed and network latency. A low TTFB is the prerequisite for a fast-loading page.

By moving to a server closer to users and introducing caching, a high TTFB can be brought down, improving overall speed.
