Vibe coding is building software by describing what you want in plain language to an AI coding assistant that writes the code itself, instead of typing every line by hand. The developer steers direction, reviews the result, and corrects course along the way, rather than being the one typing syntax. It changes how fast a website or feature can go from idea to something that actually runs.
This website is itself built and continuously maintained this way, with Claude Code as the coding assistant, as a living example rather than a claim.

In classic programming, the developer writes every line of code themselves. With vibe coding, you instead describe what you want in plain language, and an AI coding assistant writes the code. Your role shifts from typing syntax to setting direction, reading the result, and correcting course until it works the way it should.
This does not make the developer redundant. It shifts where the value sits. Someone still needs to know what a good result looks like, be able to read the code that comes out, and catch what is wrong. Without that oversight, you end up with something that looks right but is not.
This is not a theoretical exercise for me. This entire website, both the Danish and English versions, is built and continuously maintained with Claude Code as the coding assistant. New pages, dictionary entries, images, and fixes all go through the same process: I describe what needs to happen, the AI writes the code, and I check the result before it goes live.
It is one of the clearest ways to show what I actually mean by building visibility online in practice. Not a claim that I understand AI tools, but a site that is genuinely built and updated with them, that anyone can see and verify.
Vibe coding hits the marketing side of a business directly, because it removes the classic bottleneck: a landing page or a fix having to wait on developer resources. Content, technical SEO fixes, and new pages can go from idea to live markedly faster when the person who understands the marketing can also ship the change.
