Email and automation

Abandoned Cart

An abandoned cart occurs when a customer adds items to the shopping cart without completing the purchase. An abandoned cart email reminds the customer of the items left behind and tries to bring them back. The flow requires the system to track the cart's contents and the customer to be identified.

An hour after a cart is abandoned, an email is sent with images of the items and a link straight to completing the order.
