Bounce

A bounce occurs when an email cannot be delivered and is returned to the sender. Bounces are classified as hard or soft depending on the cause. A high bounce rate damages the sender's reputation and should be kept down by cleaning the list regularly.

After a send, the report shows an overall bounce rate broken down into hard and soft bounces.
