Deliverability

Deliverability is the probability that an email reaches the recipient's inbox rather than the spam filter or a rejected attempt. It is influenced by sender reputation, authentication, list quality, content, and recipient engagement. Good deliverability is a prerequisite for all other metrics to matter in the first place.

By removing inactive addresses and setting up proper authentication, the share of emails that land in the inbox improves.
