Email and automation

Browse abandonment

Browse abandonment is a flow triggered when a visitor has viewed products or categories without adding anything to the cart. The email follows up on the interest shown and tries to draw the customer back to the products they viewed. The signal is weaker than an abandoned cart, so the offer is often kept light.
