Client-side tracking

Client-side tracking collects data directly in the user's browser via JavaScript and sends it to analytics and advertising tools. The method is easy to set up but is vulnerable to ad blockers and browser restrictions.

A classic Google tag in a page's code is client-side tracking, which an ad blocker can potentially block.
