Consent Mode

Consent Mode is Google's framework that adjusts how tags behave based on the user's consent to cookies. Without consent, limited, cookieless signals are sent, which Google can use for modeled measurement.

With Consent Mode active, a conversion from a user who declined cookies is registered only as an anonymous, modeled signal.
