Exit intent

Exit intent is a technique that detects when a user is about to leave a page, often based on the mouse moving toward the top of the screen. It is used to show a last offer or a reminder.

A discreet message with a discount code when the cursor moves toward closing the tab can retain a hesitant visitor.
