Flow

A flow is a predefined sequence of automated emails triggered by a specific event or condition. Recipients move through the flow at their own pace, often with waiting periods between steps. Flows run continuously in the background, unlike one-off campaigns sent at a fixed time.

A welcome flow starts as soon as a new subscriber signs up, sending three emails spread across the first week.
