Lead scoring

Lead scoring is a method for assigning points to contacts based on their behavior and profile to assess how ready they are to buy. Actions such as opens, clicks, visits and downloads raise the score, while inactivity can lower it. Sales and marketing use the score to prioritize the most promising contacts.

A contact who has opened several emails and visited the pricing page gets a high score and is passed on to a salesperson.
