Re-engagement

Re-engagement is the effort to revive contacts who have gone inactive before removing them from the list. It often happens through a dedicated email series with a strong offer or a direct question about whether they still want to receive emails. The purpose is to save valuable relationships and clean the list at the same time.

An inactive contact receives an email asking whether they still want to hear from us, with a link to stay on the list.
