Send time optimization

Send time optimization is a feature that tries to send each email at the time when the individual recipient has historically been most likely to open it. The system analyses past behaviour and spreads the send-out over time. The purpose is to raise open and click rates without changing the content.

Instead of sending to everyone at eight o'clock, the system spreads the send-out according to each recipient's usual opening time.
