Suppression list

A suppression list is a record of addresses that must never receive emails, even though they exist in the system. It typically contains unsubscribes, hard bounces and complainers. The list ensures that the sender respects opt-outs and avoids emailing problematic addresses.

A customer who has unsubscribed is added to the suppression list and is automatically excluded from all future sends.
