Spam complaint

A spam complaint occurs when a recipient marks an email as unwanted in their mail client. Complaints are a strong negative signal to mail providers and noticeably affect sender reputation, even in small numbers. A low complaint rate is a key goal of healthy email practice.

If too many recipients mark a send as spam, deliverability drops for the next emails.
